In holistic healing, the Dagda’s Cauldron symbolizes the concept of abundance and nourishment on all levels: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Just as the cauldron provides endless food, it represents the idea of infinite resources available for healing and renewal.
This cauldron can be seen as a metaphor for the healer’s role—offering boundless support and wisdom, and a reminder that healing requires an integration of all aspects of the self. It emphasizes the need to nourish the whole person, not just the body, and points to the idea that true healing comes from balance and alignment with one’s inner wisdom and life force.

Who am I, what do I do and how I do it?
My name is Aidan, I am an Aromatherapist, a Usui Reiki, Seichim and Terra Mai Master, an Holistic Massage therapist and a teacher. I have always believed that achieving and maintaining balance in life is the panacea and have spent many years travelling, searching and seeking this knowledge. I have a deep understanding on how physical touch, engaging your senses and transmuted energy can positively influence the experience of life
As is standard with all Therapeutic Practices we initially conduct a client assessment. This assessment is quite detailed as a treatment plan will be drawn up from the findings. We take information from many areas of a clients life to get a detailed picture.
The core of many treatment plans at Coire Holistics, is our approach to healing where one or many disciplines may be called upon to treat and rebalance a client.
